Established in 1934, the Greenmount Fire Company is located just south of Gettysburg protecting Freedom, and Cumberland Townships. We also respond into Emmittsburg MD, Barlow, Fairfield, and other areas. Greenmount Fire Company operates 1 Engine, 1 Engine-Tanker, 1 Brush truck, and a Service vehicle. Currently we are adding an addition to our building to increase our restroom size, move our rec. room & increase storage. In the next few years we will be looking at replacing our Engine-Tanker.

Led by Chief Brad Poland The Greenmount Fire Company  currently operates a 1998 KME Engine, a 1991 KME 1500 gallon Engine-tanker, a 1993 Ford F350 Brush truck, and 1995 Ford Service Truck. The Greenmount Fire Company is located at 3095 Emmitsburg Road  Gettysburg, PA
