The Hampton Fire Company was established on August 12, 1931, and is located 6 miles north of New Oxford. The Hampton Fire Company protects the Hamilton, Tyrone, and Reading Townships, and the surrounding areas. We respond to approximately 170 Fire, Rescue, and Medical calls per year. In 1998 the Hampton Fire Company did a major building renovation improving the dining hall, and apparatus bays. The Hampton Fire Company was the host of the ACVFA Convention in 1998.
Led by Chief Randy Wolf, The Hampton Fire Company currently operates a Sutphen Engine (Engine-Rescue), a New Lexington Engine (Engine-Tanker), and a GMC Suburban Special Unit.
